Elements
Tab cycles the element under the caret. Enter follows the usual screenplay order: a scene heading leads into action, a character into dialogue.
Shortcuts
Open Help, then Keyboard Shortcuts in the editor, for the full list. Ctrl or Cmd+S downloads a local .icdx copy. It is not the cloud save.
